Crazy management - they want 100 000 vnd for swimming pool if you living in villa . Guess what? You'll never get a ticket. That's the way for staff to get an extra money to their pocket.

The wifi is such a terrible thing, so slow and unaccessable many time. There are also some equipt such as frig, stoven that are out of working. Anw, the customer service is ok, staffs are nice!

Everything is 6 stars except the food and gym !
