Somewhat nice hotel with spacious appartments good spa center (excluding the leaking windiw glazing beside the inner pool). Quite grumpy personnel and awful service & room keeping though!

At the site is written it's 4☆, but it's 2. They pretend to be a spa hotel, but that's one of the most miserable spa. Expensive, cold lobby and the WiFi is hard to be found... Don't go there! - Denitsa Georgieva
