The staff here speaks English but it come to my most surprise their staff are not friendly at all, I requested for a power converter, but they hung up on me. The rest are fine, good location.

Better location when compare to Mitsui Garden Ginza Premier but I like the Premier more. Bigger room, better view . 30 sec. walk to Donky.

Boutique hotel with great location, no room service and the room size relatively small but many shopping area and caffe / restaurants nearby.
