Quaint with a good selection of films , both Hollywood and abroad. If you're craving Popcorn , though, smuggle in your own; they're corn fascists ;)
An activity for tourists on a rainy day or quiet evening. FYI - 20min walk or $7 taxi from CBD. Cinema 5 is especially cute/comfy as there are sofas instead of theatre seats & bar beverages allowed!
Love this cinema . Convivial, comfortable and attracts respectful audiences who don’t talk through movies . Great facilities. And love that you can have a wine while you enjoy the movie . Fantastic.
Such a lovely cinema . We enjoyed the lounges in Cinema 5. And the bookstore is fun too and open late .
Great theatre, best bookshop in town and perfecr place to meet friends for a coffee or anything else that takes your fancy
The car park out back is great, if you want to park in a shoe box and have a metal break down trying to get in or out.
Only came for café , enjoyed a strong coffee and the best florentine this side of Florence
You can take in your glass of wine or a hot beverage in a mug. How civilised!
Hobart’s Nova equivalent, cool little place and very friendly staff
If you are an RACT member buy your tickets there at a reduced rate!
Now open at 10am. Still one of the most relaxed places for coffee on the strip most of the time.
Great little cinema with a great atmosphere. A cut above.
Great food and fully licensed.
Intimate lil cinemas :)
Best cinema in Tassie. Great atmosphere.
Book online.!
The cakes are amazing.
Small but lovely cinema
Fantastic bookshop. Great opening hours and we'll stocked with good reads. - Tony Kitt
A great find! Located in North Hobart - a 20 minute walk from the city. Chilled atmosphere, good local wine and cheap, yummy food. Sit at a table for food, or lounge on the comfy sofas. - Linda W.
Friendly, cheap & the ice cream favora are just yummy! - Farah N. Zainuddin
Great service and awesome food from this joint. Best onion rings I've ever had. Beers on tap are inspired and priced fairly. The bottle list is pretty good as well. Wish this was closer to the CBD! - Nick Fong
Awesome decor, amazing food, friendly staff! Best place in hobart for a feed and a drink! ???? - Korrina Davis
