Nice atmosphere, and clean rooms .BUT concerning the room services ????;I had to wait for 1 hr and may be more for the in-room dining menu to be delivered. more than 2 hours to bring babybed!

Buffet Dinner is good if you can eat a lot. The starters, biriyani , mutton , marine n deserts <3 <3 <3

considering its 5 star rating, the buffet lunch was a total disaster! the Malabar Biriyani was the only (remotely) palatable item in the spread. their ballroom is big and classy !

The breakfast spread is really good and the food is delicious. A huge thumbs up and highly recommended for all breakfast lovers out there!

Good interiors but bad customer service. I had to wait for 1 hr 30 mins for the in-room dining menu to be delivered in my room. I had to call 5x to request for the same.

We went there just to try their restaurant . It was average, it took more than 1 hour to get the wifi password. They didn't help us out to change our foreign currencies on the reception.
