Even when taking an order face to face at the drive through because they're so busy they're incapable of getting a large order correct.

The service is terrible! Tables were filthy. Also doesn't serve gravy . Owner stated he doesn't like gravy and he will NEVER serve it in any of HIS FRANCHISES

Very rude employees! We didn't know that they closed at 1am. But we pulled to the drive thru and was told to order within two minutes because he was closing. We paid, and WE said thank you......

I get that they are busy but their customer service sucks.

Check out the Chickie & Pete’s restaurant and bar inside the park! In the pic we got the BLT sandwich, Chicken parm sandwich and a bucket of yummy sweet potato fries! Sooo good! ???????? - Heather
