Good news, If you are regular comer and if you know the waiters there. You are ok. But the waiters won't be ok if you don't tip those guys properly. Bad news is total opposite of good news.

The Ice coffee is lovely. Lamprais with mixed meat is the best I've tasted but you need atleast 3 of them to satisfy your tummy! - Migara Wijesinghe
