Have no problem during the check-in on the club fl. Arrived around 1 pm and chill out a bit while waiting for the room. Their services are pretty satisfy though :)

Get the Lanai room with balcony which is only steps from the beach ! Two pools, one clear and the other with salt water . Beach is on the smaller side. Friendly staff .

On paper an awesome 5-star resort . In reality though, it has been going downhill in recent years, as it seemed to focus exclusively on Asian customers.

Great service. Rooms were okay, a bit old though. Breakfast buffet were awesome. Too bad there's no free wifi in rooms.

Hotel never guarantees room is ready for your arrival unless u pay for it. So think before u complain the room not ready. This is the standard around the world!

arrive at 2.30 pm. but have to wait for room to be ready for 1 hour! if u think that Dusit is the best in service then think again!

There are two swimming pools and one of them is ionized. Great! My wife loves them both! :D

เมื่อมาถึงและเข้าเช็คอิน ขับขึ้นมาบนแลมป์ก่อนเพื่อให้พนักงานรับกระเป๋า จะได้ไม่ต้องเดินถือจากลานจอดรถที่ไกลออกไป โรงแรมตกแต่งดูดี หาด สวยและprivacy มากกว่าที่โซฟิเทลมาก แต่เตียงนอนยังสู้ไม่ได้ครับ

บริการเป็นเยี่ยมอยู่แล้ว ชอบสระน้ำที่นี่ ใหญ่ สวย ส่วนห้องนี่เก่าและแคบไปหน่อย มีมุมที่นอนตากลมทะเลได้หลายจุด
