The reception is on the 30th floor. Entrance to the building is hard to find but follow the signs.
Lobby is 30th fl. No gym but there is a nice onsen . Airport limousine buses come straight to the hotel .
Great service! They even have an onsen
ホテル 直通エレベーター は道路 側1階ですriseショッピングセンター側（2階）にはありません2階から1階への建物内の通り抜けは平日 07:00〜20:00で可能です
とても残念。ホテル の入り口が見つけ難い、エレベーター から果てしなく遠い部屋が多い、大浴場 が寒く異臭がする。部屋もお洒落なのに、使い勝手が悪すぎて落ち着かない… 改善される事を祈っています。
カフェ がありません。ランチタイムは1130からの営業。
