Get the taco del barrio & pambazo at Los Alambres2 food truck . Damn near delicious and closest you'll come to Mexico City/D.F. in Portland.
The cubano sandwich at. El Gato Tuerto is amazing, the tacos at tierra del sol are really good too, this whole place is a really great addition to the neighborhood
I LOVE that my neighborhood has an incredible place like this but if the quality and value stays the way it is I am afraid that it won't last. One meal I had prior to the Grand Opening DOUBLED in $.
Tried the Mole Bowl from one of the trucks . Large portion size for the money - great flavor and friendly people.

Skip the trucks and check out the Ceviche @ Fruit Box - it's a bit pricey ($7) but worth it.
