The service is extremely lembab i.e. slowww. I don't know but the staffs lacks attitude. Can berborak-borak despite the order is ready for pick-up.

Agreed!! Suck n bad service.queue almost 15 minute at ice cream bar but still waiting for them to take your order. Its just an ice cream . How bout others food??

pastu hari jumaat lps 12.30pm je, abes seme customer berpeluh dlm tu sbb no aircon!! manager gi solat jumaat pon bawok kunci aircon, mcm A&W tu tokkkkkkk dia yg punya!!

Kad diskaun 1Malaysia hanya 50% untuk ROOT BEER SAHAJA! Puih!!!
