One of the best massage spas in Cebu. I just don’t like their mandatory tip. Of course, I do give tips, but I’m not comfortable writing the amount especially when the other masseuses are looking.

Reasonable price with all you need. Fully-equipped fitness centre, swimming pool , sauna , hot and cold shower , wall climbing, boxing, massage facilities ..etc good for triathlon trainings :))

Great place to stay and relax. A few minutes drive from the airport . Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Cebu.

When you go to a gym make sure your body has enough liquid.

Stretching is great. Mandatory tip is meh.

Aircon is busted so expect to sweat more.

Don't bother smiling nor greeting the people at the front desk. They're just gonna look at you and hand in your keys. That's it. Haha.
