Fantastic hotel ! Fire pit tables on the terrace so even on a chilly night you can sit and look out over beach and pier while having a drink. Don't bother paying for the in room wifi , free in lobby/bar

Shutters on the Beach is the popular girl on this strip and rightly so (love that granola !), but Loews IMHO is just as nice and less expensive . Can walk out onto the beach from some rooms!

From the minute we arrived they were welcoming. The hotel is spectacular. The view is out of this world and food was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

Very friendly staff ! Rooms need to be updated to repair a lot of issues throughout. They also offer free chauffeured rides in Fiats for the guests!

How awesome is this place?! Service is professional and friendly . Room is perfectly comfortable and spacious . We are having the best time on our slow-season vacation.

Nice place. Charging $15 per day for WIFI in 2013 is ridiculous. Starbucks is free. Common' - at $400/night throw in the WIFI with the cable TV .

Don't get a deluxe king room that is a street side corner room (north or south), you'll be up all night from the traffic noise.

Great location and 5-8pm happy hour ! $36 a night parking and $12 WiFi a bummer though.

Ocean Front rooms are the best. Pool deck and chairs are great place for meetings. This is my favorite LA hotel !

Stumbled onto free wifi in the lobby after accepting to pay (the night before) $12/day for in-room wifi .

Try and get them to give you an ocean front room , the pool facing rooms can get a little noisy and the side facing rooms have a terrible view .

I've been here for the past 3 days at Digital Hollywood. Of course, the Content Summit was in some remote corner room that took forever to find!

Nickle and dime you everywhere, parking ridiculously expensive , pay for Internet? $400 a night and no free internets ?weak. Sweet pool though, just sneak in and use it and save yourself some $$$

Rude and non-accommodating staff all around but topped when at 12:30PM, just checked-out after a 3-day stay,were kicked-out of the pool cafe as "non-guests"!
