Kaiseki food is amazing! We got a private room & had the best service ever at a Michelin 3 star restaurant . There is no menu and they just surprise you!
Try shiromiso zoni which is prepared without broth, bringing out the flavour of miso and the guji-no-sakayaki is also famed.
3 Michelin kaiseki as of 2013 with a history dating back to 1827. Their focus is to provide traditional Kyoto cuisine of the highest quality. Great experience & worth every penny.
EVERYTHING. The presentation, atmosphere, seasonality, and delicacy of it all was exceptional. It’s not something to be missed.
