Definitely must see place! Such a style inside! There was also a part time exhibition-pretty. In a main hall can see some cultural equipments. Outside is a nice yard to chill with coffee .
The grand building was the private residence of the country ’s defence minister before the colonial era. It was later used as a school for girls before being carefully restored and opened as a museum

The museum is housed in the Dar Menebhi Palace , built at the end of the 19th century by Mehdi Menebhi.
Beautifully restored 19th century old style townhouse with an impressive central courtyard & art galleries .
The museum was not very big. There are a couple of clothing and weapon artifacts , as well as some recent paintings for sale. The mosaics and tile are what makes this worth while. No English placards.
Worth it for a look at the building, but the collections aren't very big.
Beautiful building. Buy the combination ticket with the Medersa Ben Youssef Museum
Go late afternoons for smaller crowds and better lighting for photos
The museum is housed in a wonderful historical building but the exhibition it self is rather disappointing. Avoid.
Chandelier , impressive!
Quite disappointing place
It's not that big of a museum . The 60 dh ticket is a much better deal.
Don't come here. It's not worth your 50 dirham. Two rooms and boring art . Sorry.
Disappointing...
