Speaking as someone who was born in and lived more than 30 years in Montreal, the sesame seed bagel is good, and pretty damn close to a Montreal bagel from Fairmount or St. Viateur bagel in mile end.

If it's from Al Brown, it's gotta be good! Baked fresh every day, these are possibly the best bagels in town . Eat the 'Classics' if hungry, esp. the Beche and King Salmon . Vege bagels look good too.

The salmon lox bagel was amazing. Washed down with a gingerella ginger beer . Heard the beef and habanero is good too.

Some of the best bagels around. Quick service , highly recommend the Tuna Melt for savoury or the classic Cream Cheese + Jam for something sweeter.

The mustard is made especially for Best Ugly, Depot and the Fed Deli and is really worth picking up to keep at home and spreading on many things

Ahhh, how I missed proper montreal style bagels . Nearly as good as the original ????. Try the TAB + Bacon . Divine.
