菜品普通，服务奇渣。菜单厚厚一沓，奈何菜品平淡无奇，在颐堤港店和三里屯北区店吃过两次的感受都是“并无值得一吃的”。这里的厨师处理食材似乎很不走心，炸串的面糊厚得像鞋底子，火炙鹅肝欠缺火候，寿喜烧把白菜换成生菜，蒲烧鳗鱼饭盖盖子把鳗鱼焖到皮软，咖喱乌冬水裆尿裤。服务员质素太低，服务流程不统一规范，最后点餐时间和有餐后甜点应在第一次点餐时提醒，上餐丢三落四，对加催餐清一色应答“等一下”却迟迟不来服务
