Manager was super nice. Swapped out a broken item at no charge. And even though the place was slammed, they spent time helping me plan gifts for next year.
The gentleman that opened the door for me said he liked my tiara and asked if it was my birthday..... I said, "No, it's Christmas ;-)" Very nice people to deal with here ;-)
