The worst KRR restaurant that I've ever been. Firstly, no one walks you to the seat and then service is super slow. And it's very warm inside the restaurant . Sux!!
Make sure to keep reminding the staff about your order as they tend to forget about it most probably due to having too many staff , hence expecting others to do it but none of them do it in the end. ????

The KRR management should send this branch manager to attend a management course probably.food quality is a bit LOW.too low for the price we have to pay.
KRR chicken is good but service of this particular outlet is very bad. Provided spoon only, then knife. We collected forks and tissues on our own. The worst ... waited an hour for my 3 muffins !!!
