great view & one of the only beach restaurants open all year. both must account for its popularity as food is average or less. some outside tables near their sewage system which you can smell upwind.

Really nice view from the table.. Tasty food.. (.fish was amazing ????) The biggest disappointment was very slow and unfriendly service???? hopefully they will work on that.????
