The lobby is luxury but the rooms need some love... Dirty , old, bad smell from humidity, employees are very nice and always ready to help, great team at the gym and front desk, restaurants need update
Breakfast is excellent although coffee average/poor. Lobby nice. Rooms run down. Ok for a short stop over but don't stay for a week!
Got special rate(5k) for a room on d 15th floor. D rooms just enough, not spacious . Clean and a good view frm d window. The lobbys grand. Its worth the price we paid.
Fantastic buffet , awesome rooms and room service one of the best hotel in the country ..
it was nice to stay here.. good staff . All the best for Mr.Mittel who has entirely changed this lovely property. .
Nice hotel . They help you get your postcards sent if you're in need.
Nice stay here. They will help you send postcards if you need so.
wonderful change of yatri niwas of 1990
Wifi is too difficult to use. Especially in the morning.
Are't the rooms too small for the hefty amount that you are paying?

Nice hotel but expensive
change from RAMADA PLAZA
The place is ok but internet connection is very bad.
