Soup laimee taste is getting from good to bad..even for the plain soup is getting less tasty now..previously awesome.I guess the standard is dropping.. Need to improve!!

Noodles nt cooked properly consistency is just not right, beef portion less than other outlets in KL, broth is not rich at all, too thin, watery; beef tendon is also missing from my order

Just another expensive Chinese restaurant in Penang but I have to admit that Xiao long pao and the Shanghai ramen was great since day1.

Food tasted good....however there are little “friend” found crawling around the table and inside the vinegar bottle....

All serving portion reduce. Not just ramen , tofu & chicken cube too. Feel quite disappointed. Luckily xiao long bao not reduce to 2 pieces. However its base vege no more.

Ramen and xiao long pao is good here but not impressed with their hairy crabs .

Food is generally ok, but what really stood out for me are the mango sorbet dessert and egg yolk custard bun .

Dishes taste quite good but portion is a bit too small...must order double or triple for large group dining.

La Mian with braised pork ribs . Sweet and sour fried beancurd

Hair on plate! Stain marks on plate! However all the food is still very nice.. Hopefully the staff will take note on hygiene

Love the food here but a bit pricy

The service here is not very satisfying, especially during festive season. They are rushing in a sense when they take order and serving you to your seat. One of them even pretend to ignore you!!

The only most satisfied food is "小笼包"
