This is awesome! I've never seen a sushi restaurant at an airport . It was so good! I'm gonna go again when I go back to San Jose.

Delicious, freshly hand made sushi . No boats conveyor thingy involved. A worthy representative of this San Jose staple food.

Teriyaki udon with soba buckwheat noodles is fantastic. Veggies in the broth are delicious
