Check-in time is 4 PM but if you arrive early and your room is ready, you can go on up! Another option if your room isn't ready is to check your bags in downstairs and wander the city before check-in.

Great hotel and great location. Not good for a romantic weekend in the city . Many families stay here so that means long lines for breakfast and manager's reception.

Very clean and beautiful hotel ! The staff was very personable and polite. Very nice Breakfast Buffet all you can eat food and drink. Also enjoyed the complementary cocktails and snacks from 530-730

Very nice and comfy . Excellent service . Also accommodates five guests to one room. Great breakfast but you can skip the evening snack . Be sure to use concierge services for getting around town .

Great hotel , great location overall, however, the best staff could offer on early checkin was 1 hour early (3pm) and they wanted $35 for the privilage (gtfo). Housekeeping also needs to up their game.

A hotel of choice when we're in Chicago. It's conveniently located to shopping, dining and an easy drive/ride to McCormick Place.

Lines for cook to order breakfast are crazy long. but there's a breakfast place called Yolk around the corner that might be worth the walk. They need to be better at staging these things.

The made to order omelettes are pretty good, but don't get any buffet at the same time as it sits going cold while they're cooking the omelette . Go back for seconds instead.

The made to order breakfast is great

In-room WiFi is spotty in places. Ours didn't reach the bedroom, and staff would not address it.

Very slow ATM , still on dial up however I was able to connect to Aol.
