Drinks tasted so low on quality after changing brand. They use different ingredients, not provided by Chatime anymore, so that's why.

The staffs are super talkative. From the 5 mins of waiting time for my drink, they spoke non stop and fooling around while preparing drinks. So unprofessional!

Slow service. Workers take their sweet time to prepare drinks n talk non stop . Waited 15 mins before i can get my drink. I ordered 3 but no plastic bag waw given until i ask. Noob

Sucks customer service. Becoz I'm malay doesn't mean i don't deserve a good service . Choc milk tea is sucks. It is choc milk actualy..no tea taste at all. Damn you!
