While I think that a tribute to this man as a statue is great, I think that it's weird that it's so hidden away from the crowds, in the back of the Ferry Building.
Contemplate his legacy in the shadow of our grand city .
Leave some flowers at his feet.
Proceed immediately to Public House for some excellent craft beer! - Andy B
Great spot for a small picnic. Looks out across the bay near the Bay Bridge into SFO. There's also a great dining spot next door with outdoor seating. - Kenneth Knightley
Awesome (if a little pricy) market inside, and ferry rides out the back. Worth going on Saturday for the farmer's market. - Dana
The selection of local and seasonal fruits, vegetables and flowers is incredible. - ToryBurch
The best place to escape the city life and enjoy some silent time and fresh air. Beautiful views. It gets cold so be prepared - Abood Abussaud
