The roof garden is only open weekends from 10:00-16:00. But you can climb the 14 floors of steps outside of the building to see the view outside these hours. A bit hot and too many insects though
Get up by foot, 14 floors, it's worth it. Open till 16:00.

ここの地下に下りるエスカレーター、最悪。松葉杖だと地下二階に下りるのに地獄を見る。バリアフリーを全く考えてない構造。
