Fresh cheap produce on sale. Delicious food too. All sorts of trinkets and souvenirs as well . The day I went there was a Brazilian festival and Churrasco was being offered. I love this place!

As everyone says, the sangria rocks. Pick yourself up a cup or two (five) as you soak up the atmosphere. The doughnut balls are also delicious. P.S. Some of the vendors might be up for a barter.

It's a big place. My suggestion is to drop by the nearest coffee shop , have a rest a bit and continue your shopping mood. Best if you can see everything at the market . (Bought a 15 bucks jacket ) :)

Visit if you wanna buy local products (leather, kangaroo skin mats) and fruits . There's also very nice coffee places ard (note: IG worthy). Also try the seafood .

Fish , meat, deli food and fresh veggies are great but have the spicy Frankfurt sausage with all the extras in the deli food fall area, magnificent

The delicatessen area. The cheese at Pavilion Select Produce is amazing. Speak and meet Abu Adam the owner. Give Salam to him.

Go often, go early for limited specialty stock items like picked crab . Go late for end of day bargains like fruit or meat trays heavily discounted . Always great fresh food .

There are some really unique stores here, check out the guy who sells home made clocks and grab yourself a cup of sangria and awesome food. Not the pad thai though, it was pretty underwhelming

Good vegs and fruits , if you go there at the end and ask nicely you get the stuff which isn't sellable the next day for free. Perfect for broke backpackers!

The food here at the night markets is unbelievable. Have a mulled wine in the winter by a fire. Mexican mushroom burger is to die for!

You'll find the best free-range meat, fish & poultry from stalls that choose to shut up shop early (midday). It's their way of saying "we sell the best, so we needn't beg like the rest"

Hawaian food at Wednesday winter night markets was just divine! And top quality profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce from another stall for dessert , yummy!

Take the Tradional Indian Combo for $11,90. Good value meal. (In the Food court , at Drums exotic Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine)

Not sure oysters are hygienic here! Water sprayed on fish ends up on oysters , and when I ate my oysters there were some fish scales. I prefer those at South Melbourne Market ! Cleaner and tastier.

The freshest produce Melbourne has to offer, visit during the week for a more laid back atmosphere , but on Sundays the market comes ALIVE with the freshest fruit , veg , fish and meat!

The Summer Night Market is on people!! Every Wednesday night, 6pm onwards throughout summer! Great international food stalls , arts & craft ,& overall crowd!:) P.S.Can get VERY crowded after 7.30 tho!!

Tried mix of things from various Deli , mix with fresh vegies from the market , delicious! The spicy lamb borek was just ok...

What's better than cheap and fresh seafood ? Go to the fishmonger 's for a dozen oysters for $14!

Your credit card is also your parking ticket! Insert card in the ticket machine when entering instead of pressing the button, and do the same when leaving. No need to walk to the pay station!

Good place and happening, the American Doughnut is famous a lot of people lining up.

Dozen oysters in a tray 18-20 AUD, bring them to the corner cafe and pair them with a glass of champagne
