Favorite place in Akron! Large variety of craft beers & an awesome draft selection . Love it when Rivertown Pumpkin is on draft . Pretzel/dip appetizer is delicious (& I don't even like pretzels ).

Great beer on tap and AMAZING bottled beer selection . Food is wonderful and shouldn't get the down grade of being called "bar food ." The atmosphere is perfect and service is prompt and friendly !

dare I say a better bottle selection than lockview ? cuz I just did ;) drafts are good too but I foresee them getting better over time. don't miss the shrimp tacos , they are amazing.

This place is awesome!!! While I think Lockview is extremely overrated, as they serve grilled cheese with goldfish crackers , Baxters has a better beer selection and definitely better food.

Spotty service, but a good draft list . Also, if you're in the mood for food, get the pretzel bites .

Sit outside and listen to the live music from Lock View . Also, the antipasti appetizer is excellent!

Lots of bottled and draft beer , but rarely come here because the service is not good. The bartenders look pissed off all the time and our server messed up my order last time.

Wow. The service was horrendous and was charged for beers we didn't have. Food was good though. Not great, not enough to overcome the negatives. Skip Baxter's. Tried it twice and both were the same.

Food was average at best; definitely not worth coming back. Sandwich came out cold, bread was hard. Pretzel bites not good, beer cheese was watery. Server was nice, but extremely slow. Won't be back!

Service was extraordinarily slow, we'd like to think it wasn't it waiter but inexcusable regardless. One hell of a beer selection though... almost worth going back to give them another chance.

Nice looking bar . Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. She had no idea what was in one of the drinks. Food was spicy with no flavor.

Nice looking bar , TERRIBLE SERVICE. Left after being ignored for 15 minutes at bar . Skip this place & go to the Lockview , always a good time there.

Cool space but like all the other reviews here service is subpar. I don't expect this place to last long if service doesn't improve. What a shame.
