So close to the Tarragona metro station and nice restaurants like "Apamea". There is a supermarket near that metro station . No carpets and slippers were provided in the room.

Even if it's not a luxury hotel , it's the best hotel service you can get in Barcelona, I love the staff personally

Right next to the Barcelona Santa train station . Excellent location for a stop over between trains or flights. Only 15 minutes from BCN as well .

Does the trick. Clean rooms , terrace overlooking Mont Juic , clean rooms , friendly staff . Bit far from center but metro stop just around the corner

Chill out at the top floor terrace where you can catch amazing views of the city .

Terrible hotel . Very overpriced, with basic facilities. 20 year old TV with cathode ray tube going on the blink. Cheap furniture and scuffed paintwork in superior category room. All for €170 a night.

Just awful. We got the wrong room, the staff was rude. The rooms are like in 1980s with minimal renovation. The only good thing about this hotel is its terrace , rooftop bar and the pool on the roof

I stayed in April 2014 and my room at the fourth floor was cold.

My room was very basic. Only one electric socket worked. The rooftop terrace is very nice.

Do not stay here if we want to sleep! Bad soundproofing make it impossible to sleep more than a few hours as you can hear your next door neighbours, the hallway and upstairs neighbours. NEVER.AGAIN!

Good location, nice view from terrace . Rooms are very dirty (lots of dust under beds, dirty fridge ). Uncomfortable "hospital " beds. Swimming pool is very small.

Not good. The cleaning woman took my stuff that i left in the bathroom ... Never happened to me, i think is absurd in a 4 star hotel to happen this thing. Also, today the towels are really smelling bad

Never expect the soundproof . I can hear all the sound around my room. Some bad smell in my room, bad working electronic system and bad view . (I am at 9th floor)

El lounge de la terraza está bien para tomar algo pero la comida deja que desear. No es el lugar ideal para cenar , a las hamburguesas les falta mucho en relación con la oferta que hay en la ciudad.

Lugar muy agradable para estar un ratito tranquilo antes de una reunión, prepararía mientes tomas algo..y al lado de la Estación de Sants .
