35 minute wait on Sunday evening with 8 people in front of me, slightly out the door. 3 out of 6 kiosks broken. $29 for 2 shake stack burgers and a “concrete” shake . Tasted good but not $29 good.

They’ve been open for months but still have very long lines at peaks. I went during a non-peak time and still waited 40 minutes for a regular to-go burger (nothing else). Hope they work on wait times !

It’s ok. The burger starts quite nicely, with most of sauce and flavor near the outside. As you dig in, the flavor is gone. If there is a line outside, don’t waste your time waiting.

It’s busy, long waits for food. You could use the app to order beforehand, but the burgers sit for awhile as orders get filled.

Order ahead via the Shake Shack app and avoid the line . Just be sure to order early because the spots fill up quickly.

Shakes are great. Store design, organization & how this place is run are horrible. Definitely nothing “fast” about this place

go off peak timings to get a chance to sit and have your food. its the only outlet for miles around and its always crowded !

This place is SO good! Happy they are in Seattle and worth the wait!

The burgers seem to have some extra greasy deliciousness that other burgers lack.

This location has been open for a bit now and they still haven’t gotten their shit together, especially during peak hours.

Crispy mushroom burger , filled with cheese and of course mushroom .

This place is popular! Place your order online before heading over to save yourself a long wait !

1st visit: long lines . Half of kiosks not working. Order was wrong. Restrooms were filthy. Horrible customer service. 2nd visit: Burger was under-cooked. Had to find the mgr myself to fix this. Bad!

Burgers and fries , just don’t expect great service.

I still prefer the shroom and chicken over beef burger .

Order online but def still expect a wait.

Horrible wait times even on a non peak time (Friday at 3.30pm) I had to wait for 30 mins for a burger and fries

Only visit during off-peak hours. The staff are super slow and disinterested. There could be 10+ burgers sitting under the warmer with nobody bagging them. Wait times are about 50-60 minutes otherwise
