Fusion is one of the best places in Tirana. Very classy and fancy place . Not everyone can get in and also a dress code is absolutely important.
Not impressed with the quality in comparison with what is available in the area, but great view . I had difficulty getting access because no prior reservations . We where 4 adults and it was 8:45pm.
