Not so big but I think it still enough for evening hangout, free wifi , live music on weekend, dominated by restaurants/foodstall and some clothes counter. Ah, their CGV Blitz is cheaper ;)
This is placae so fit for everyone to hangout, dine out and watch movies . Sometimes there is a band show and you can eat whole enjoy the music . This place is similar situatuion with Citos in South Jkt
At Blitz's floor, there's a playground for kids. 50rb per kid, and you can enjoy the whole day including time-outs as many as you like. It closes at 10 PM. The place is clean and safe for kids.
