Safe environment by not using the sauce mini plate for chili or ketchup 2 create less garbage. Suggest using the burger 's top cover as well (ie: McChicken, BigMag & etc). Thank you. :)

Try have a seat upstair during birthday party. The children's scream will make ur day.

Been here multiple times. Crowded most of the time. It's good to have the McCafé.

One of the worst Mc Donalds on Penang island other than the airport . Expired bread ,can taste that d french fry oil was used to fry fish , very bad quality of food . Don't waste your money here .

Service is still bad.. Not only the waiting time at the counter is long, they also took a long time to fulfill the orders.. Place is dirty , tables not cleaned .. Flies flying around.. Floor is wet..

Staffs here need to be train up. They are so slow and inefficient! Serve 1 customer for at least 7mins, is this fast food !?
