They still do a 10% trade in discount on new devices, but it's only between equivalent devices. E.g. Trade in an old iPod when buying a new one, an old iPad for a new one etc.

Very busy store. Very difficult to even buy something at the weekend. Getting to talk to anyone about a problem is impossible.
They are usually pretty quick if you have to go on stand-by for a Genius Bar appointment.Rob the genius is particularly awesome. Not just because of his beard.
