Absolutely amazing time. We stayed at The Level, all I will say is premium drinks, restaurants and upgraded amenities . Our butler Cesar was fantastic. He anticipated our needs & did a great job

3rd time here is just as good as the 1st. Love the 12 different restaurants (Dominican fav) plenty of sun, shade, pools (7of them) ocean, white sandy beach , & piña coladas (try the banana mamas too)!

Best customer service!! Didn't have to be in level to have royal service here. Staff is super friendly .. Melvin and Kelvin from el guarapo the best servers! Make sure to reserve restaurant with Time

Great resort . Clean . Staff is friendly . Food is good. I stick with mostly Dominican dishes. Drinks are also good Juan & Eddie are great And Elvis at the beach bar provides great service.

Friendly stuff . There's always smth tasty at buffet . Try sweet soup with Champagne in Le Gourmet restaurant ;) nice beach , but beds are taken early in the morning - it's easier to find free near pool

Pretty awesome all-inclusive resort ; Marketplace (vs Agora) is a *must* for a relaxed, hassle-free & superior lunch experience.

Beautiful resort ! Staff is super friendly . The food is great. Upgrade to Royal Service. You will not be disappointed. Pack sunscreen aloe Vera and bug spray!

1st time here since 2016 this place went downhill Cheap alcohol nonexistent staff And the beach is terrible Vendors harassing you constantly you can’t even get into the water without being harassed!!!

This place is beautiful. I love the resort , I love the Royal Service perks. As well traveled as I am I will say this place deserves to be and is in my top 30. Enjoy your stay :-)

People were very friendly , weather was hot, restaurants were ok but best was La Gondola as it was the most vegan friendly . No "high speed" wifi in lobby, maybe should be called "lucky to catch" wifi !

Pay extra for the Royal Service. You get access to the private pool, restaurant , etc. less riff-raff to deal with! Customer service is excellent!

Great place food isn't so great. Bring pepto and sunscreen . Must get royal service Eddie and Juan are the best butlers !!! Had a good time

The service could be better trainned , cleaning room delays, some minor services faults, but overall is very good, must try mama huana!!

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, bem como o atendimento. Somente o check in e o transporte deixam a desejar. Ainda assim, o local é o paraíso. Vale a pena fazer o pacote the level.

Es una pena q un hotel con excelente paisajismo y servicio de habitaciones tenga una restauración tan mala...tienes q hacer cola todos los días más o menos. 1 hora para poder entrar en algún rte.
