There's usually a line to get a number to wait, this line is not incl in the wait time online. 4pm on a Friday = 15 min wait time (today) for non appt and a short line to get a number. Score!

Made an appt and so far so good! Brought in my drink from Coffee Bean and security guard said hi to me and didn't kick me out!! ;)

Don't bring a drink in cause the big security guard will be quick to throw you out... And gloat about it too.

Buy a bike ... You will save yourself a few years from DMV stress.

use online services or AAA, so those of us who actually have to physically be here don't have to wait.
