Really a good place to stay in the city , near to go every where & near to all restaurant , cafe , mall , bar etc..
Great room service food (but pricey ) from the restaurant downstairs called Palette.
The invoice cut-off dates were confusing, and I was nearly double charged for 1 or 2 nights stay. Also found credit card surcharge errors. So pls check before paying.
Nice hotel and very good service . Internet connection isn't the best.
The hotel gym could use some work, but there is a fitness first down the street.
Fridge wasn't cold and when I turn it up one of the coke bottles burst. The washing machine left a stain/mark on a white shirt .
Stayed 2 weeks - Housekeeping was poor/inconsistent eg. one day my bed was made but bathroom was left dirty . Stains on sofa & sometimes in the changed bedsheets.
