The onsen has over 1,200 years of history with its current buildings dating from the Edo period. In total, Kita Onsen has 7 baths. Of these, the one with the tengu masks is the most photographed
江戸、明治、昭和の中から部屋を選べます。僕は江戸に泊まりましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。建物は増改築を繰り返している感じで迷路のようになっており薄暗い。全体的に昭和初期の雰囲気を残す。
江戸時代からの建物が今でも使用されている。内湯の天窓が広く露天 より気に入った。水着が必要だが温泉 プール もある。しかし、有名になってしまったからかマナーのなってない客がいた。
滝 の湯、天狗の湯とかプール みたいな温泉 もあって楽しい！
映画 「テルマエ・ロマエ」のロケ地。上戸彩の演じるヒロイン山越真美の実家「山越屋旅館」の場面を撮影。
