If you fancy traditional heritage then you'll find this hotel a true beauty. I found this hotel creepy since there are so many traditional exotic (but scary) puppets and masks. Wifi is slow in room.

Old, stunning heritage experience. Location nearby some tourists spot, you can explore the neighbourhood of Surakarta royalty (keratonan) with bicycle. A bit relax at swimming pool and sauna , nice.

Fantastic decor. Rooms and corridors are a bit gloomy though. Food reasonably good. Within walking distance to many places of interest.

I cant believe this hotel has very bad springbed ever!You will wake up in a back pain. Good to see but horrible to stay. However they hv bakery discounted 50% started at7pm try the fruit pie ! The best

No doorman so that we had to take our luggage . The room is good n clean . The springbed needs improvement. Older people usually need a springbed with a good backbone support

Check in needs very2 long time. No porter ,i have to bring my luggage & found my room by myself. The services is sucks!! But the room is quite nice & cozy . For 5 star hotel this is really disapointed!

The pillows smells funny, not feelin' the food, The staffs are so-so. Please be more attentive to tend to the guest's needs. Nevertheless, the room's quite spacious and smells really nice and calming .

Only lobby interior is good. The rest is not as what I expected. Old hotel . I booked for a single king bed but they gave me twin.There is ants in the bathroom . Shamful for Sofitel. Will not come back.

Pool nya ga cocok buat umum. Shower ny kecil no wastafel kesusahan kalo mandi ato ganti baju.. Size pool jg kurang..But hotel was nice. Heritage banget. Cocok buat bule2 kayanya..

Hmm... bule keknya suka disini.. hotel dengan banyak pernik tradisional Jawa . Tapi ada pengalaman buruk waktu dinner di Srikandi resto. Nunggu nasi goreng sampek 30 min lebih.

Lokasi strategis dekat sar gede , cari mkan gampang.

Pool nya 35 untuk umum.. Kalo sendirian sih no prob, kalo rame2 kurang cocok.. Size pool kurang gede ..
