Children friendly very nice, cozy place. Very good choice of mediterranean cuisine , drinks and cocktails . Not the best selection of wines but sure, El Kapan is the best beach restaurant in Varna .

Service is better than most places in Varna but food is just average. Not good at cooking international cuisine and food is lacking in flavour and spices. Some is simply microwaved.
