This chilled little hidey-hole of a bar is directly above the Royale Eatery - take the stairs to the right of the Eatery entrance and go all the way up. Also, the rooftop deck 's great in summer.

Great view from the balcony indeed. The place does get extremely hot, no aircon. And space is limited inside.
