Nice rooms, with fridges . Breakfast consists of breads , egg station, and mini buffet style pickings.

The pool is the best place in the hotel and the food including room service is top notch... Also best majarete I've tried is here

OMG! Take the time to visit the beach an hour from Santiago! It is beautiful! Santiago has a really busy night life and interesting things.

Clean lobby. Clean rooms although they need new carpeting. Nice pool and restaurants . Poor Gym . Good location. Good customer service.

Best spa in city . Only for hotel customers. Small but efficient gym as well .

Try the Deluxe club, it's not that much more $$ and it's worth it :)
