Been coming back here to stay whenever I'm in KL since they first opened. Best part of this hotel are the long time staffs who recognizes you and greets you like family. People like the doorman Rizal!

Morning buffet is good. Various kinds of foods, European, Japanese, Indian and Chinese are available. Room is very cozy and not too noisy in the lobby. Because of this hotel I love trip to KL always!!

Great location (you can reach directly from Airport in 27 minutes) and quite nice rooms especially on high-level floors. Very close to Bird Park if you are into running. Fantastic breakfast buffet .

Needless to say, nice and comfy room with fluffy beds and pillows . The housekeeper was so cute that he/she actually rolls up my iphone cable and put it neatly on top of table.

The room was very cosy and they offered attractive discount on room rate during this CMCO. A nice place to stay on weekend to relax our mind after being stress from work.

There's really nothing not to love here. Spacious room , plenty of sunlight, and a beautiful bathroom . Great gym and sauna facilities. Maybe a swifter check-in would be great.

Mediocre hightea that’s worth to try just once.Wouldn’t return unless they change their hightea selections.View wasn’t too fabulous but a place good enough for a casual catch up or business meetings .

If you were assign to a twin bed, do not hesitate to ask them to combine it. they will put additional mattress and you'll feel like you sleep in a SUPER KING bed! Try it and you'll love it!

Great service, convenient location - 38mins to the airport by KLIA Express , no traffic issues. The plus rooms are corner rooms and spacious . If no king available they can join the twin beds on request

Had our Annual dinner with office colleagues. Limited selection of food but the ambience and company was fabulous. Such a great time with dinner ended at 11pm. We exchange presents among the gropu????

Very comfortable room and very clean too. Love their pool. The most convenient hotel to stay for those who needs to get to KLIA early morning.

Great location for getting around town as all the public transport interchanges here at sentral station. If you're coming from the airport jump on the KLIA Express .

Great food but no kids menu . service is overall ok - the staff though polite and efficient, lacks a certain warmth in their hospitality . Executive lounge is great. Love the pools.

Make no mistake booking your room here at Hilton KL. rooms here are better than Hilton PJ.

They've done renovation at their lobby. I like the new look.

Take a Express train from airpot to Hilton, it's just 35RM and 25min. Taxi required 420RM for 1 hour ride as same as distance.

Check in very poor. There is a line and people often jump the queue- it’s not at all policed and staff simply don’t care. 1 star check in and I am often here so it ain’t a one off

Breakfast spread is 5 star.
