Great simple food. No smoking, which is a nice plus.
It’s been two years since I visited this place and I’m still craving a bowl of these spicy noodles . A must visit when in Hiroshima!

Tastes like instant noodles with sze chuan spiciness . Not the type of ramen that I enjoy.
汁なし担担麺 1辛 700円。細麺 140g。肉 味噌 、青ネギ、毎朝挽かれる独自ブレンドの花 椒、1ヶ月熟成 させた自家製 五香ラー油 。底から持ち上げるように、タレ がなくなるまで30回以上よく混ぜてから頂く。辛味 と痺れがしっかり感じられ、1辛でも結構スパ イシー。後かけ用に配合された卓上の花 椒で香りを足したり、酢で味変を楽しんでも良い。
さて、今回の広島遠征でどうしても食べたかったのはお好み焼き ではなく、ここの汁なし坦々麺 でした。開店と同時の一番乗りだが、直後に数名来店。
汁なし担々麺 の店。あと飯 の坦々ライス のためのライス も食券買っておくと良い。食べる時、意外とはねるので白シャツ 注意。
ノーマルを頼んだのですが、混ぜないまま食べてしまい、後悔… みなさんは混ぜましょう。
広島の汁なし担々麺 ならここがいちばん。ライス なしなら大盛り で。

Visit the memorial hall for atomic bomb victims. It's not as big/popular as the main atomic bomb memorial but it has such a simple and beautiful design/exhibit concept. Truly beautiful! - Keri Stenerson
