Very informative. The view in the dome is superb. Entrance fee is RM5 for adult and RM2 for children.
RM5 ticket for adult , worth it! Really. Upstairs, the view is so beautiful.
The view from the top of the dome is a painting from North Korean artists , not an actual viewpoint. It's not bad, but you have to set your expectations right, and not want to see an actual thing.
