SO GREAT!! Reasonable prices and close to town , best of all VERY accommodating to dog lovers. Perfect blend of clean , comfortable , and pet friendly .

The hotel does have gorgeous interiors and is beautiful. All of the spaces were perfect for the event i was at. Didn't get a chance to eat there bc it's out of my budget.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and it seems to be under new management. While the regular staff is fairly friendly , I was not as happy this year as the previous year.

Good view of Downtown. Perfect location, you're just minutes from West Asheville and Downtown.

Older, lodge feel. Excellent customer service. Would be great for families or meetings. Overall, good experience but not up to the standards of Crowne Plaza .

If you late night in the lobby, you may get to experience some hip dance tunes - unexpected, yet delightful

Be careful if you stay in a villa ! No lights on stairs & if you're in the top villa & someone is below & they turn the porch light off its uber dark! Missed a step going out to car & broke foot.

Very worn, this is a timeshare, from the 90s. The IHG group has to be embarrassed to have their name on this place. Rooms stink of Clorox bleach.

Lindy Focus is a huge event that happens annually here right after Christmas through new years, so plan accordingly :)

Not your typical Crowne Plaza . This one is outdated. Hard box spring beds and you can hear your neighbors through the walls.

Check-in isn't until 4pm. If you arrive early, and no rooms are available, then ask if they can call you when one is free.

Noisy , not very nice for Crowne Plaza . Older construction , hard beds, very poor water pressure in shower . Staff is friendly , but I do not recommend; other places are nicer and MUCH less expensive .

Walk before all of the woodland creatures get up it may save your shoulder

I didn't think the place was bad. I paid next to nothing for the room. The bed was comfy and I slept like a baby. The staff was very cordial and accomodating. What more would I need? :-)

If you have a pet get a yard with a fence

Mike and Carlos the bartenders are great!showers in the villas are not so good. Also, lots of ants .

The wifi sucks so much. It's ridiculously slow and always bumps my computer off. Secondly the showers are accommodating to short fat people. I'm 5'9" and the shower head is at eye level. :(

Have stayed @ CPs in other areas..richmond, etc. This one was disappointing. Not somewhere i would choose to stay ever again.
