Friendly service makes this place stand out. Everyone from the porter , receptionist , concierge and housekeeping staff were polite and courteus. Nice beach club although a little small and crowded .

The burger from the room's menu is one of the best that had here in Malta. The outdoor pool is quite small and causy, try the indoor one especially during high season, it is also good for swimming .

Get in early! €15 for a full day with a cushioned sun lounger , parasol and separated beach space from the public side of St Georges Bay Beach . Fully attended. Towels provided.

Great hotel , just be prepared that some rooms at South side located near a street, that is very loudy till the late night .

Club lounge is a must. On 15th floor . Sonia is one of the best and most helpful people not just at this hotel but the hundreds I have stayed in around the world.

We used a suite for our wedding, and found exceptional service , a great room, and consistently thoughtful and helpful personnel.

The rooms are really nice, the breakfast and lunch have something good for everybody. We had a reception next to the pool and the view is great!

The beach is not so good for swimming (hard sand & full of cigarette butts), but works for sunbathing . €20/day. There's music & cocktails .

They have several upgrades available. For the price of a sangria at their sports bar you have access to the breakfast buffet and their concierge bar for snacks and drinks in the evening.

Quiet , comfortable with excellent service. Champagne and other drinks from 6- 7.30 pm with canapés. Nice.

an avarage hotel with comfortable beds .so close to bars&clubs and also to the beach .

Elevators are terrible: there are 3 of them and they always stay on top floors leaving people at the base waiting for too long to go up!!

Ask for esmeralda as your server. I have had her 2 now and she is always great...not true of everyone there

The hotel inside has all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel but its location is awful. Felt like we were part of an ugly version of Blade Runner.

The waiting line for breakfast at Harruba restaurant is too long. It also feels like University cageteria.

Swimming pool on the roof

Room was upgraded to the better one, however nobody took in consideration that 2 beds were ordered. Because of late arrival it's impossible to change back. We have to stay in the room with one bed :-(

It's possible to party all night long not going out from your room. It's too nosy within a night.

Good atmosphere!

Strong smell if urine in the bathroom . Very dirty floor. Absolutely unacceptable for a 5 start hotel . I would not give even 4 stars to this property

Very poor service quality. Probably the only hotel that doesnt include lounge access in suit rates, which costs you Eur60 which is totally not worthed.
