Easily my best haute cuisine dining experience in Lebanon. The experience was excellent but what stood out was the subtlety of the service and the ability to innovate a perfect degustation .
This restaurant is hands down the best gastronomical restaurant in Lebanon . If the Guide Michelin existed in Lebanon, this restaurant would have more than one star. Bravo to all the crew.
