Impressive menu with a great ambient. Nobody has mentioned them but the Hand rolls are amazing. Defenetly a must in Beijing. Call and book before you come

You really can't go wrong with anything there. All salads and rolls are relish . Service can be slow at times though.

Hatsune may have an inviting decor and serve creative sushi rolls , but its service prevents the restaurant from living up to its acclaim. A pity since its food outshines many places in the city .

Amazing food and decoration. But the people works here are too casual on their duty, so you feel you r eating on the street. Make you wanna give them some silent pills to keep the restaurant elegance.

Decent fulfilling Cali style rolls . The sashimi is fresh and highly recommend the steak Rossini

Waiting for takeaway again. It's become our sat night ritual. Motorola, spider and caterpillar roll are our favorite, as well as nigiri sushi and the medium sashimi platter

Perfect Sushi ... But you have to make a reservation !!! And dont be to Late more then 10 minutes.... Or youre table will be gone!!!

Make sure to call in advance! Hatsune can be packed at all hours. It's better to be safe than sorry... Or be waiting for a table for hours.

Not very surprised by the "catch of the day" being salmon , tuna and a mix of fried veggies . Ok, but not better than the average jap place. Looking at the alacarte, I think that's a muchbetter choice.

Rolls are nice but quite limited options for vegetarians/vegans for a Japanese restaurant .

In order to open the automatic door from the outside, stick your hand in the stone pagoda to the right.

Really a nice Japanese sushi place when your in The Village anyway. Make sure to book in advance

They do takeaway , usually takes around 30 minutes, you can enjoy 20RMB Asahis at their bar while you wait

Great in every way except the damn TV over the bar . This is not a sports bar ! Spoils the atmosphere....

Hatsune salad is good , ask for the plum sauce . They service very fast feel like you need to eat and leave

Food might be good but the place is almost impossible to find and the restaurant has no own WC. So they make you walk outside in the cold to use public bathrooms . Come on!!!
